Check a listing’s shipping details
To see the shipping options for a listing:
- Open the listing page.
- Scroll to the Shipping & pick-up options section.
Sellers set their shipping preferences when they create a listing. Based on their selections, you’ll see information such as where the item ships to, how it will be sent, and the cost.
If anything about the shipping options is unclear, contact the seller using the Questions & Answers section on the listing page.
Estimated delivery times
Many professional sellers provide estimated delivery timeframes with their shipping options.
If no delivery estimate is shown, you can ask the seller for an approximate timeframe for your area through Questions & Answers. Don’t share your full address, as this section is visible to all users.
Shipping multiple items together
When purchasing more than one item from the same listing or seller, the seller decides whether shipping is charged per item or per order.
To combine shipping with another item from the same seller, you must have already completed a purchase with shipping selected.
Some sellers offer free shipping when you add multiple items to your Shopping Cart and reach a minimum order total. Learn how to add items to your Shopping Cart.
“To be arranged” shipping
If the shipping option says “to be arranged,” the seller hasn’t listed shipping costs in advance. In this case, you’ll need to organize and pay for shipping directly with the seller.
To get a shipping quote, contact the seller through the Questions & Answers section on the listing page. Avoid including your full address, since this area is public.

Choose and pay for shipping
When you place a bid or use Buy Now, you’ll select a shipping option. If you win the listing or complete your purchase, the selected shipping cost is automatically added to your total.

Find your tracking information
Once the seller ships your item, they may send you the tracking details directly.
Shipping update emails
If your purchase is from a professional seller or store, tracking details and delivery updates may be sent by the courier after the item is dispatched. The type and frequency of updates depend on the courier used.
If you’ve paid for the item and provided your delivery address, contact the seller directly for shipping updates.If your item is lost or damaged during transit. please contact the seller and shipping company.
